We're thrilled to have over 120 people registered for Hot Seat Retreat in 2024! CCBC Resort is SOLD OUT. Please understand that as the event grows, there are going to be lots of fellow attendees in both the overflow hotels, so there will be no reason to feel isolated away from the action there. In addition, once you register you'll be added to our website member forums where attendees discuss accommodation options, sharing options, shared Airbnb options, etc.
Event Registration
The 2024 registration fee is $250
Your registration includes
4 breakfasts (Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun)
2 mixers (Wed & Thurs evenings)
1 BBQ (Friday afternoon)
1 Dinner (Saturday evening)
In/out access to the CCBC Resort
Free water and refreshments

If you're attending only part of the event your fee will be $60/day for Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and $70 for Saturday
